iPad Air and the Smart Case Cover

We all know that the new iPad Air from Apple is one of the best products that this large company ever released. It is fast and powerful, but also very thin, and that is one of the reasons we should try to protect it. Of course, Apple thought of that also and released a new leather Smart Case for the freshly released product.

This new cover offers a wide coverage, by combining the edge and rear protection of new case for iPhone 5S with the screen protection of a Smart Cover, but perfectly accommodate the dimentions of the new gadget.

This Smart Case is made of leather dyed in different colors on the outside (black, yellow, brown, beige, red and blue). In the interior you will find a microfiber specially designed to keep the screen and the whole device clean and protected.

This three-paneled Smart Cover Case it is very similar to the magnetic iPad Smart Cover. Apple kept the automatic sleep/wake function, and also the option to fold the cover into a triangular stand that is very practical for the iPad Air users, because you can put it in different positions. If you worry that the thinnest iPad will be thicker because of the cover, than you should relax. The thickness is marginal, just a little more than a millimeter.

The cover stays attached to the tablet by magnetic force, as the old model. This cover is very practical and useful, and it is almost a must-have for the iPad Air users, and honestly I do not understand why Apple does not sell those two together.

The Smart Cover costs $40, which may seem pretty expensive, but except the fact that will protect the tablet from scratches, it will also make it more fancier and modern thanks to the colors it comes with.
